5S

5S là phương pháp khoa học theo 5 bước viết tắt từ 5 chữ “S” trong tiếng  Nhật nhằm TỔ CHỨC, QUẢN LÝ và DUY TRÌ khu vực làm việc HIỆU QUẢ,  giảm thiểu lãng phí, nâng cao an toàn, năng suất, chất lượng, tinh thần và  thỏa mãn nhu cầu khách hàng:

• Seiri – Sàng lọc
• Seiton – Sắp xếp 
• Seiso – Sạch sẽ
• Seiketsu – Tiêu chuẩn hóa
• Shitsuke – Duy trì

5S is a 5-step scientific method that uses a list of five Japanese words to  organize, manage and sustain workplace effectively, reduce wastes, improve  safety, productivity, quality, employee morale and satisfy the customer  demand :

• Seiri – Sort
• Seiton – Set it order  
• Seiso – Shine
• Seiketsu – Standardize  
• Shitsuke – Sustain
