Lead time

Lead Time (LT) là thời gian thực tế cần thiết để một sản phẩm đi qua toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất để bao gồm cả thời gian tạo giá trị và thời gian không tạo giá trị giữa các quy trình.

Lead Time (LT) is the actual time required for a product to go through the entire manufacturing process to include both value-added and non-value-added time between processes.
